Green building
“Zero-meter Green Building” project represents an opportunity to
give value to our farm circular economy.
We organize green building courses dedicated to rural natural
materials: we teach how to create natural mixes and mortars based
on “Baraggia” clay and lime as well as straw and rice husk insulating
plasters or rice and rye straw roofs, etc.
We have renovated over the years with these natural materials our
nineteenth-century farmhouse and the company warehouses and
now the rice field clay and the rice straw in the wall embrace and
protect the organic and “Biodiverse” rice.

In 2022, in the natural wetland, between the experimental rice fields
and the Emys Oasis, we made a dream come true.
We build a space for sharing using just raw materials from our fields
and with the help, the commitment and the generous “arms” of
those peoples who believe in a better world.
